Field Operations / Agent Network Manager

Didi Agric is looking for a hands-on Field Operations / Agent Network Manager to build and manage its network of GPS mapping agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting suitable field agents, training and onboarding them, coordinating their deployment and monitoring field activities across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard GPS mapping/field agents.
• Develop and maintain a reliable network of field agents across the three regions.
• Organize and deliver agent training and onboarding.
• Plan and coordinate field deployments, schedules and assignments.
• Monitor agent performance, attendance and field progress.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate communication between field agents and the Douala-based team.
• Track field data, reports and operational KPIs.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure mapping activities follow required procedures.
• Travel periodically to field locations when required.
